On entrance to Fletchers Barn you will
find a spacious open plan Lounge, Kitchen and dining area with wood burning
stove, T.V/DVD/Freeveiw, free WiFi and CD/Cass/Radio. The kitchen is equipped with
a fridge with icebox and electric cooker and microwave, a wide 
range of
crockery and cooking equipment. Adjacent is 
the dining area with chunky table
and leather chairs. Downstairs bedroom and downstairs shower wet room / W.C and
hand basin. The whole of the downstairs area is accessed
through extra wide doors 750mm wide, which will accommodate most wheelchairs to 
provide easier access for the less 
mobile. The upstairs bedroom is accessed via a winder staircase to a spacious room with plenty of character and a round window overlooking the feilds. Both bedrooms are equiped with multy use beds to provide super-king size or twin beds in both the upstairs and downstairs bed rooms. There is also a washing 
machine within the cottage (drying facilities
are available on request). The cottage is fully central
heated throughout and supplied with stair
gates, fire guards, high chair and a cot available on request. Fletchers Barn is also supplied with mains natural spring water. There is an enclosed garden/patio area at the rear with table, chairs
and barbecue and off road parking.
